Mission

To contribute to the planning and improvement of UFSC’s physical environment through a sustainable management of construction works and maintenance, with transparency and efficiency in its results.

Vision

To be a reference inside and outside the university in terms of construction and maintenance management, seeking the continuous improvement and efficiency of the office’s processes and activities.

Values

• Continuous improvement of the planning, management, construction and maintenance processes;
• Establishment of relationships with representatives from governmental, non-governmental and private entities for reflection and joint action in support of decision-making, when made necessary to ensure the physical development of the University;
• Consolidation of internal and external partnerships.
