Mission

To contribute to the planning and improvement of UFSC’s physical environment through the sustainable management of construction works and maintenance, with transparency and efficiency in its results.

Vision

To be a reference within and outside the University in construction and maintenance management, aiming at the continuous improvement and efficiency of the Office’s processes and activities.

Values

• Continuous improvement of planning, management, construction and maintenance processes;
• Establishment of relationships with representatives from governmental, non-governmental and private entities, fostering joint reflection and action in support of decision-making, when necessary to ensure the physical development of the University;
• Consolidation of internal and external partnerships.
