Building Maintenance and Infrastructure Department (DMPI)
The Building Maintenance and Infrastructure Department (DMPI) is responsible for contracting, supervising, inspecting, controlling, and managing maintenance services across the campuses of the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC).
Its activities are structured around three main areas: maintenance services (through contract supervision or in-house execution), procurement of materials and equipment, and the preparation of technical reports, inspections, and monitoring activities.
